Day One - things are different

This is my first post, ever, on any site. Feels weird! Anyway, I want to share the technique I am using - Nothing! I read "The easy way to quit smoking" by Allen Carr. I feel free! It makes you realize that you are not giving up anything - rather, you are gaining so much more by being a Non or Ex-smoker. It's hard to explain, you just have to read it with an open mind. I highly recommend reading this book. I have smoked since I was 16 - almost twenty years (how gross!) and have never quit without feeling like I was constantly "missing out" - that first cigarette in the morning with coffee (what's to miss about yellow teeth and nasty breath?)- that great cigarette on the patio on perfect summer evening. Now I just feel great knowing with confidence that I am a non-smoker. Didn't miss my first cigarete this morning, or after breakfast, or at my usual morning break at work. It's amazing - please read the book - it helps tremendously.
