Today I am smoke-free for 21 days.....3 whole weeks. I know I am a miracle - - we ALL are !!! I am so incredibly grateful today....for all the help and support and friendship I have received from everyone on this site...I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.....Keep up the good work....we are all worth it !!!
