Today I started my Chantix. I am really excited about trying this new medicine. The one thing I noticed right away was a different taste in my mouth about an hour after taking my first pill. The next thing I noticed was while eating some mini powdered sugar donuts. Last night I ate the same thing. Tonight I ate some more and WOW! It was like an instant sugar blast, almost like sugar overload. What has your experiences been like while using Chantix? Did you set a quit date? I am not setting a quit date. I think that is too stressful for me. Thanks much for your input.
