So, I was going to post right when I hit one week, but got distracted by other things in life and didn't post till now. So, still have the cravings, but not nearly what they were and I can manage them much better than last week. Have found that more and more I am even forgeting to have the cravings. So, on my way to being quit for good. Still want a smoke every once in a while, just don't want to be a smoker.
