Here's a question for those who have quit for some time...

Does anyone have any advice to help the mouth fixation after you quit? In the past I've chewed toothpicks, straws... They didn't do much. Any advice?

JEEZ, girl...you haven't quit yet...you start tracking today !!!! You may say they didn't work in the past...but you didn't have the EX program in the past, either !!!

None of this is going to happen overnite...if you gotta carry that cut down drinking straw with you everywhere you go, for a month...then THAT is what you do !!!!

You gotta want to quit..if you do, then anything you try will work ....think about it !!!!

OH - You may want to post this on the main thread, and get some answers...this is a lose weight, stay fit group !!!

I know it's a cliche' but gum has worked wonders for me. 😉
