It has been 26 days since my last cig. I feel great! Today is actually the first day that I haven't thought about smoking all day long. It is getting easier. I am learning to be an EX. The Chantix only makes me nauseated if I take it on an empty stomach. It does cause sleep disturbance, but will live with that. It is a good trade off for me. I wish everyone the best of luck and hang in there.
