I was going to quit Aug. 10, but for some reason I quit today, Aug. 5. I smoked for 35 years, one pack a day.
It's very helpful for me to read the posts, especially from those who are "struggling through" and from all of you who have won this battle.
If anyone wants to adopt me and help me get through the days ahead, that would be great!
