I have tried many different ways to quit smoking like nicotine patches, gum or just quit cold turkey a few times before, but it would not work for me, so I told my husband to do some research online for a better way for me to try to quit my smoking habit. After about a week he came to me and said that there is a program that I could try out free called Cigarrest and see if it works. I said OK and what do you know, in about two weeks with the help of the program my urges to light up for cigarettes slowly faded away and as I started feeling better all over my body as well as not having to caugh like my 80 years old grandma every morning helped me a lot.
