Day 2, just trying 2 hold it all together without reaching out 2 my old buddy, whom I affectionately call Demon, the dreaded cigarette. Have stopped and started way too many times over way too many years. I want this quit-time 2 b it 4 me. I am so looking forward 2 not having 2 rely on a cigarette 2 get me thru a negative situation. Get Out...Get Moving...nothing helped me more during those initial days then taking a walk (inside or out). You MUST get away from as many "triggers" as possible. Keep your hands busy and concentrate on how wonderful it will be not to have that demon thing riding on your back all the time....
