My quit date is 8/8/08, I am unable to use any of the over the counter aids because of a heart problem and basically the doctor said if I were to take the over the counter stuff it is counter active to my meds for my heart. So I am a little nervous because I know it is going to be hard. Any ideas to help would be appreciated. Good luck to everyone
