My favorite is the serenity prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Forgive me for sins I commit willfully or unaware of what I'm doing. I pray that every word I speak and write will be edifying and not harmful to anyone.
Please be with the prayer requests and needs of those here. I read that prayer is being committed to seeing God move in a situation, and I believe that you will keep me free from the poisonous sickerettes, and that you will bring my daughter Connie back to Christ.
In your precious name I pray. Amen.
