30 DAYS!!!!

Hey everyone! I am on my 30th day smoke free, and I am oh so proud. I'm feeling good! Feelin great! I know that I couldn't have gotten through some of my early days with out the support on this site. If nothing else, just hearing everoyne's stories and knowing that everyone goes through hell week. It has gotten easier, and I even went on a weekend camping / canoeing trip this past weekend with a LOT of my friends. Most of which smoke. I was not tempted all weekend. I was very proud of my accomplishment. 😃 Thanks! I needed to toot my own horn so to speak.

Wow, Liz. Look at you blowing through 30 days smoke free!!! That is so wonderful. You are showing how its done!! Keep up the great work. I'm proud of you!!
