Hi Ashok...I understand how it is...just quit "cold turkey" myself a week ago...have tried to quit many times before...and the only way I got through the past week..was to throw away all cigarettes..and lighters...and sweat it out...The nicotine in your bloodstream is gone after 72 hours...after that it is the psychological addition that one has to overcome..which is a real hurdle to overcome..it truly is a one day at a time struggle...I have a friend that quit after she smoked two packs a day for 40 years!!! So I keep that as a kind of "mantra" in my head...
