I have tried to quit at least 9 times - I quit for 8 mos once (pregnant with my son) but as soon as I got out of the hospital I ran out for a pack. I am now almost 50 (May) I want to be a non-smoker by then. tomorrow is my quit date. What forum should I be in for this and how do I get there? I will need help....
