Just wondering how many cigarettes....

all of you smoked a day before quitting.
Not a good memory but i smoked about 16 a day and have just wondered how many everyone else smoked.
So far so good here....tomorrow is Day 9. 🙂 🙂

I have been smoke free for 53 days!

53 DAYS ! Awesome ! Tonight will be only 10 days for me BUT I am soooo happy....it's not that bad...just once in awhile I get a brief moment of thinking about smoking but it goes away quick. 🙂

Congrats on day 9, Cindi! I am happy to say I no longer smoke 25-40 cigarettes a day! No wonder I can breath better, huh?! Keep up the good work girl!
