1 week, was a rough week but i made it. Hope it gets a little easier with time. I seem 2 be sleeping less also. But damn........i feel alot better when i wake up.
Way to make it through the week. I lost a lot of sleep in the begining. I am 2 1/2 weeks into mine, and I am sleeping like a baby now. Keep up the good work.
