Day 7... WOW!!

I didn't really think I was going to be able to do this at first, but as the days passed, it seemed to get easier. I know I haven't been thru every trigger I have yet, but I think I have the countrol now to make it through anything. I'm thru hell week, but heck week is just around the corner...anything new I should know going into it?
