12 DAYS!

Hi all,
I am on day twelve smoke-free! It is hard, and I am tempted to over eat...but I'm sticking with it, and thats the most important thing. Even though I am eating more, I'm choosing low fat snacks and have incorporated running/walking into my daily activities. Good luck to all of you 🙂

I think that your quit is the most important thing you can do and I can't imagine trying to diet at the same time. God Bless ya girl your much stronger than me. Kuddos on the snacking choice and the walking which is the most important thing you can do to help yourself. Becka.......
