Tomorrow is my quit date and I would like to find a quit buddy...someone to chat with..so when the going gets tough there is someone who will understand what this is all about...
I have been smoking for over 25 years..so this is a big change in my life...but one I need!
I am beginning to feel the effects of smoking and they are scaring me...I want to stop before I do any more damage to my health...
