I need HELP!!!

I'm trying to quit as I have to get my lungs and myself healthy again. Any ideas on how to replace something else with Cigs? I am not sure what my triggers were or are...Boredum, eating, drinking, driving, STRESS!!!!! I had one yesterday and one again today. I feel like such a loser because I can't just STOP!!! Bad habbits are hard to break. I'm going to the store today to get carrot sticks, almonds and anything else that I can replace it with. I am also going to throw myself into an excercise regime and see if that helps. I know everyone is different but I really wish I had never started....Thanks everyone
