Most of you know that I drive cab for a living. Last weekend I drove a woman who told me she had kicked heroin 9 months ago. I congradulated her because even though I never tried heroin, I've heard it's really tough to quit. I asked her which was harder; to quit heroin or smoking. Without hesitation, she told me that quitting smoking was harder. We need to give ourselves alot more credit that we've been able to nail this addiction! Whether it's one day or several years, quitting smoking is quite an accomplishment!
