This is definately a tough road to be on, especially alone. Im in the greater Sacramento area and I need a quit buddy. Im setting my quit date for the end of August because I know i can't just quit cold turkey. Not even luke warm turkey. Baby steps and deep breaths right? So how 'bout it?
