on the join page there is a quesionaire that asks you questions and gives you lots of help, there is no magic or secret pill it is just hell and you do it or not, if you choose to do it plan on trying to change your attitude to one that tells you every miserable day that you are stong and can do this--and talki to as many people as you can they can and will help but for me it has been very very hard almost 15 days now and i would rather drink lye, but it is not an option i want to quit for so many reasons and i need to quit it will eventually kill anyone who continues to smoke, they say that after 10 years any smoker has some form of emphysema and that is a stone cold fact, so don't die you can do it good luck bobbie
