I am 23 years old male from Asia. I have been smoking since the last 4 years regularly... every single day (although occasionally I have been smoking since 2007-08)... Now, I smoke about 15-20 cigerettes a day which sometimes (on stress ful days) reaches upto 30 or more. See. I am here from the same reason that you are for. Want to know more about your plans. My quiting day is set at 20th October, 2013. Anyone quitting on that date as mine? I don't know whether I'll succeed or not. Any one wants to give some advice? Or wish to be my partner?
