Ok, so here are some basics. First you will probably want to change your name. All you have to do is click on the silly name it gave you, then in the "name" field, type what you want there.
There is a tab just above all of the smileys, that says "help". If you click on that, you will move into the Help chat, and the people who are ALWAYS there will help you with anything you need. Then when you are done, click on the previous tab, and it will bring you back to our chat.
