Daily Pledge, Bonfires and Quit Celebrations: Traditions born from the members

21 days...

I'm really feeling good about quitting. I feel healthier, although a little heavier, but you can't go to the gym for lung cancer. I'm taking my vitamins and trying to eat healthy although I cheated and had Jack today. I realized that I wanted to quit so I made myself do it and that's given me a lot of motivation to fulfill other goals in my life. The job search still continues but I may be moving up to Humboldt to go to school so I really don't want to start anything until I find out if I'm staying. Well thanks for all the support to many more milestones!

Oh and I really love how great I smell...I love how great everything smells!

Shonna, you are doing so AWESOME!! 21 DAYS SMOKE FREE!! You are right, too. You can always go to the gym to get rid of a few pounds, but not for lung cancer. Smart girl!! Keep up the good work!! Keep us all posted on work or school or both. Your life is an open book and now that you've cleared out the smoke, you can see more clearly.
