If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

Thank you! I needed this! I lost my Mother on Jan 6th. Its has been very hard. I talked to her everyday - It has been hard not to smoke.
My sincere sympathy. I'm glad you're still with us.

To a great group reaching another milestone...Enjoy ~ Colleen
When our moms are gone, it changes our lives forever. I'm sorry for your loss. Please don't make that a reason to go back to your old smoking self. She wouldn't want that and you don't either. It's hard not smoke when life seems overwhelming. Staying true to that Best of you will see you through much better than giving up your quit, which you will regret. Relapsing, relinquishing your beautiful quit will do nothing to ease your pain, but everything to create more sadness. Don't go there. Hugs.
Thank you so much for the kind words. I am still not smoking!
You guys are the best
Glad to hear it!!!!!
