The information available to help folks quit smoking is largely absent and the ads for NRTs continue to support the belief that it is just TOO difficult, leading many to give up before they even try.
This place, its educational materials and advice from experiences of people who have been there and done that is invaluable.

I agree that it is quite interesting. I think when people have a common goal, we can pull together and support each other. I believe we are saving lives! Now if only our country can come together...
Everyone's journey is unique, but we have much in common.
Supporting each other is really empowering in both directions.
