Wanting to follow this in my feed but not sure how to do it
If I understand your question correctly, on the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on Groups then All Groups then--for the group you want to follow--at the far right end of the line you will see a gear symbol. Click on the down arrow and pick "Follow."
You can sort the groups by the controls at the top of the screen to find the ones you want to subscribe to.

On mobile click the group you are trying to select. When u get to the page at the top in the center there is a drop down arrow... Follow is an option in it
