It works. I, myself, didn't experience any bad side effects other than slight nausea and lucid dreams. I found for myself to take the medicine on an empty stomach and maybe wait to eat a half hour after. I still get amazed how it takes the "want-to" away. It helps with withdrawal, too, it seems as in taking the edge off to a degree. You will still have to use some will-power/self-discipline but if you take it as prescribed you'll win the battle
