I find memes can make me smile lol!
This first one below made me laugh I think we all need a little more laughter in our lives, I know I do!
I always say if you're laughing really hard then it's pretty much impossible to suck on a damned Cancer Stick Hummm 
that's probably why I watched a ton of comedy TV,YouTube and DVD'S in those early weeks of quitting smoking! Laughter really is the best medicine around.....
Always take time for Me time even if it's just for a few minutes!

Thank you Annette I've had a ton of Me time BUT I'm here in the house working away so I want some Me time to relax a bit without always doing something maybe I need an Epson salt soak in the tub with a few sprints of lavender oil that's my kind of downtime....
