A very good morning to you Mike, life really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT first we must go through the roller coaster ride to get to that good place in our quit where we realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes......

Good Morning Mike....mikecity off to see my folks today through class at their nursing home...so sad, but I want to give them some goodies for Christmas...never in a million years did I not think I could hugs my folks all this time...

Anyways, stopping at my sister’s and doing some take out ... and home for the rest of the week....wishing you a happy Sunday....~ Colleen 748 DOF
