Hope this finds everyone well - I haven't posted in awhile but thought that I would check in. Doing well - so far I have avoided the virus - thank goodness. I saw this and wanted to share - most of these can be applied to the process of quitting.
I love this! I'm gonna steal it!
"Judgement" should not have an "e" - preferred, but dictionary says it is OK. I digress................................
My favorite? No 7 - especially in these trying times.
I would also add a 13:
"Chocolate will make most things better!"
I think the "e" is the British version - I first saw another one that had a very obvious typo - so I searched for another version and came up with one with another typo that you picked up on - I guess it's just Monday on a Wednesday - Thank you for being the spelling police!
I just was born with an editor's brain. Driving anywhere, I can spot a typo on a sign without even consciously LOOKING at it - kinda' like, "Wait - WHAT?"
Can't help it!!!
I always want to put an "e" in there, don't know why!
Jennifer and I am so glad YOU are here TODAY - thank you for sharing YOUR list
Great list & certainly can be applied to quitting! Good to hear from you.
I like number 5 Jennifer-Quit-05-01-14 although I would say ... “overthinking drives me crazy”...trying to break that habit...Glad all is well in your world Jennifer...~ Colleen 744 DOF
Thanks for sharing this Jennifer......great "Food for thought"
'Bought time you showed your face, girl! Nice to see you. And the meme. I have a problem, though, with #2. Opinions DO define my reality when they affect how people vote and whom they vote for or against. Glad you've avoided the hideous plague! May you continue to do so!
I took that one to mean other people's opinions about you- what others think about you don't really matter - so in that respect I really like #2 smiles
I totally "get" how most people would understand that point in the way you did. That what others' think about us doesn't really matter - emotionally, psychologically... But I was attempting to expand on that. I'm a bit of a contrarian! Because how people think about us really does affect us in certain ways specifically in how laws are passed and parameters set. I simply wanted to expand that. Opinions DO define our lives when the opinions become the law.
