    Happy Sunday!!  How are you doing?  Soon our church will be online.  Are you ready for Christmas?  It is less than two weeks away.  
    The holidays are nicer not smoking!!  I use to be going outside to have a cigarette.  Now I enjoy them to the full.  Enjoy your quit!!  Namaste
