I moved your post to the Christian Quitters group since your audience is more focused.
Also I had to largely remove the content you posted above because it was blanket posted from another site and is content owned by another site. There were also some formatting things that were causing errors.
I recommend pulling a small excerpt from that site and mention it above rather than copying and pasting the entire thing. You can read in this post on how to link to content on other sites and give proper attribution. Let me know if you have any questions.
