Hi everyone,

    Happy Monday!!  It’s the beginning of a new week!!  Are you ready for Christmas yet?  Christmas is less than three weeks away.  Today I must go to the bank and Rite Aid.  What are you doing?

    Isn’t it great to be off the nicotine?  Many years I went up and down on nicotine.  I guess I was brainwashed into thinking I liked smoking.  God and EX helped undue the error!!  Now we are free!!  Namaste

Good Morning to you mikecity‌ today is a great day.  We no longer smoke so we have to fine things to fill our schedules, we have I figure about 1 hour and 40 minutes of extra time to get things done everyday.  My math is 5 minutes per cigarette at 20 per pack, my habit was a pack a day.  I am also grateful to Abba God for bringing me to Ex.  I am grateful for everything written on this sight.  It may not all help me, but it all benefits someone.
