2nd round patch delivery?

I'm going the patch route (14mg first round), and getting near the end of my supply.  Anybody know about when the 7mg replacements show up?  First request took a week to show.  Hope the 7mg's come automatically on time, and don't have to be requested.  Currently on day 20 and the patches help a ton!  Honestly think i could be on the 7mg now.  Eager to try the lesser one, and eventually be done with nicotine all together.
