Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Thursday!!  How is it going?  We are on the down side of the week now.  Yesterday it rained all day.  It is to stop around noon today.  Bible study was a good time last night.  What are your plans for today?

    We have kicked a horrible habit!!  It is difficult to do once it gets into your personality!!  The addiction really fools with your mind and being.  I had a terrible time getting it out of me!!  Stay with it!!  It’s worth it!!  Namaste

Raining here too Mike mikecity shortly I am off to grocery shop, post office and pet store...I hope this rain stops by noon.  Have a great Thursday, glad all went well with Bible Study ~ Colleen 710 DOF

Good morning. Today starts my first day to not vape. Already feeling edgy and craving it this morning. I thought I would hop on here and share it to help me get through it. It is my Wednesday at work. I'll check back in the messages later in the day. Hope everyone has a good one.
