I don't really have the answer but I consider this to be a live chat .. I'm here , you are here , we are chatting ... perhaps this might be your live chat . Mark will be able to answer your question tho . Im not familiar with a chat group . I take it you are quitting smoking or quit . It's the best thing you can do for yourself and I'm glad you found this site to help you . We hope you will find the support you need here and welcome  you .

Seems from your comment above that you are not talking about a live chat on this site.  Instructions for it depend on who is hosting it  Normally you would get a link to get to it.  If you know what platform is being used, you can search online for instructions.
