Hi everyone,

     Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  The doctor’s visit was good.  What are your plans for today?  I am going to the mall to get the new iPhone.  I am on the new iPhone every year plan.

    Quitting was difficult but doable.  I know I struggled a long time.  Finally I stopped thinking of cigarettes!!  Now I enjoy life without smoking!!  Namaste
