    Happy Saturday!!  Well the weekend is here!!  Yesterday I walked over town twice.  I went to the ATM and Rite Aid.  What are you doing today?  
    The nicotine monster is gone!!  We have gotten rid of him!!  Don’t let him back in your life!!  He was a horrible creature.  He kept us smoking even when we didn’t want to.  Enjoy your quit!!  Namaste

I re-created my profile, so I am happy now that it is done...  Don’t know what happened and why it deleted itself?  I am celebrating today with Suzinut‌ since she has two weeks’ quit!  We are Quit Buddies and it helps me too!  Have a great smoke free Saturday.  I plan on doing the same!  N.O.P.E.

Good Morning Mike mikecity brrrrrr it’s cold today...was out with the dog early and all bundled up.  I am making a crock of beef stew tonight with corn bread and a batch of cookies...feels like a good day to cook in the kitchen and warm it up with good smells....Happy Saturday ~ Colleen 684 DOF
