    Happy Wednesday!!  It’s the middle of the week again!!  How are you doing?  Tonight we will have Bible Study online.  It is to be 70 today.  
    The cravings and urges past with time!!  I am glad they have!!  It is good to be a nonsmoker!!  For many years I only dreamed of it!!  Now it is reality!!  I love the quit life!!  Stick with it!!  Namaste

 Mike thanks for sharing and TODAY is a good n.o.p.e. day for ME and family staying in prayer to raise monies to bury a family member who died October 13 2020 at 1a.m. - I am glad WE can do all things through our Lord Jesus strength and STAY nicotine free just for today- I am glad you have bible study and thanks for sharing
