Hello,

    Happy Sunday!!  Here is our day of rest again!!  I hope everyone has a good one.  I am up early and thought I would stay up.  What are you doing today?  I have church at 8:45.  
    I am so glad to be off the cigarettes!!  For me it turned into a real nightmare!!  Always thinking I should quit but it would never happen!!  Finally I came here.  It looked like people were successfully quitting!!  This site looked like hope in stopping!!  It was difficult but it worked!!  Love your quit!!  Namaste
