    Happy Thursday!!  Here we are on the down side of the week and it is a brand new month!!  Soon it will be Halloween!!  The holidays are here!!  
    I am so glad I am not wanting a cigarette!!  Addiction is a terrible thing.  I am glad to be in recovery!!  God and EX saved me from a horrible time.  My smoking had become an awful nightmare!!  Namaste
