    Happy Saturday!!  The weekend is here!!  What are your plans?  I just plan to go to church outside Sunday.  We are getting some rain here today.  
    Today is another day of freedom!!  It’s another day won without cigarettes!!  A quit is a beautiful thing!!  Cherish and love it!!  Namaste

I am so happy to be smoke free!  I have my life back!  Talk about being addicted and having one thing on my mind...  that is no way to live!  And I did it for too long!

But, better late than never!  My lungs are feeling much better and I had my second yearly lung scan and it was good!  Thank you, Lord!
