Hi,

    Happy Monday!!  How is it going?  Good I hope!!  I am doing two loads of wash.  I got up early and stayed up.  Church was nice yesterday.  It was outside.  
    Isn’t it nice after the urges and cravings stop?  It took me a long time to get use to not smoking.  How wonderful it is after your mind and body adjust to not smoking!!  Love it!!  Namaste

Good Morning mikecity‌  I am up early because I want to bed early...  And yes, it is very nice to not think or crave butts any more!  I was ready to quit because when you can’t breathe, nothing else matters!  My husband still smokes, but it no longer affects me at all!  Freedom from smoking is priceless!
