    Happy Wednesday!!  It is hump day already!!  Are you having a good week?  Yesterday I went to the ATM and Rite Aid.  Tonight I will go to online Bible study.  What are you doing?

    It is such a blessing not to smell like smoke!!  When I jog around the city block I smell good things instead of cigarette smoke!!  There are so many reasons not to smoke!!  Enjoy your quit!!  Namaste
