    Happy Tuesday!!  How is the new week going?  Mine is okay.  The temperature is starting to drop here.  Next Tuesday is the beginning of Fall.  Winter is coming.  
    It’s really good to be off the nicotine!!  It was a long hard battle!!  EX was a real lifesaver!!  I just couldn’t do it on my own.  It took the help of EX to be successful!!  Namaste
