Hey everyone. I am knew to this group. I have been chewing on and off for over 4 years now. I have tried to quit, but end up getting stressed and start back up again. Tonight I realized that I have a serious problem with tobacco/nicotine. I actually had a mental breakdown because I was out of chew, but I dug through all of my things and found more. Using tobacco is a serious addiction, and I want to quit. I set a date for In a few weeks to quit. But in the meantime to prepare for this, does anyone have any suggestions? I can’t use the patch or nicotine gum. But anything else? Please. Thank you.
