    Happy Tuesday!!  I hope everyone had a good holiday!!  I called the family.  They are doing pretty good. Today I will do an essay for a course I am taking online.  What are your plans?  
    Isn’t it great to be nicotine free?  For many years I inhaled cigarette smoke.  I used to think it was just a bad habit.  How dangerous cigarette smoke is!!  The sooner you quit the better!!  Namaste
